Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Redmaya Travel
1. Payment Rules
  • Accepted payment methods (bank transfer, credit card in KZT, cash in USD/EUR/KZT).
  • Currency conversion by official NBK rate.
  • Advance payment 20% within 5 days.
  • Final payment 80% before tour start.
  • Booking confirmation after advance payment.
2. Prices
  • Prices in KZT and USD.
  • Prices exclude taxes and bank commissions.
  • Transfer fees/commissions paid by client.
  • Price fixed at booking, except changes in taxes/exchange rates.
3. Transfer Fees
  • All bank/payment system commissions are paid by the client.
4. Mandatory Insurance
  • Medical travel insurance required by law.
  • Cost not included in tour price.
  • Approx. USD 1–4 per day per person.
5. Visas and Travel Documents
  • Tourist responsible for valid passport & visas.
  • Agency may provide partner contacts, but not responsible for delays/refusals.
6. Tour Program Changes
  • Organizer may adjust program (hotel/transport/excursions) without lowering quality.
7. Tourist Responsibility
  • Comply with local laws, group rules, safety.
  • Agency not responsible for fines, deportation, or personal belongings.
8. Tour Guarantee
  • Tour guaranteed even with 1 participant.
  • Max. 9 people per group.
  • Second guide provided if >9 tourists.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
  • By agency: 100% refund within 5 days if tour cancelled by organizer.
  • By company: full refund or reschedule if unforeseen circumstances.
  • By client:
20 days before tour → voucher (12 months) or refund with 10% deduction.
<20 days before tour → deposit non-refundable.
  • Voucher rules: valid 12 months, recalculated at current price, non-exchangeable.
  • Special circumstances: 100% refund (minus bank fees) if death/serious illness/emergency.
  • Partial participation: no refund for unused parts.
  • No-show: non-refundable.
  • Early termination by company: proportional refund.
  • Exceptions: third-party services refunded under their rules.
  • Special rates: non-refundable except by law.
  • Refund method: same as payment, always in KZT, recalculated if in foreign currency.
  • Refund confirmation: only after written confirmation from agency.
10. Force Majeure
  • Natural disasters, wars, emergencies.
  • Agency not liable, refunds not guaranteed, but efforts for reschedule/partial compensation.
11. Transfer to Another Person
  • Client may transfer tour with written notice ≥7 days before start.
  • All obligations transfer to new participant.
12. Confidentiality (related to booking)
  • Agency guarantees confidentiality of client data related to booking & payments.
